Regus plc ("the Company")

Purchase of Own Shares

Pursuant to the general authority given to the Company by shareholders, the Company announces that it

purchased a total of 525,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each to be held in treasury on the 25 May

2010 at a price of 82.85 pence per share.

This represents 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, 525,000 shares are held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in

Regus plc is 950,444,822.
