Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on Friday 21^st May 2010 it received notification from its chairman, Douglas Sutherland, that on the same day his wife purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 84.54 pence per share.

As at 24^th May 2010, Mr. Sutherland holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 300,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
