Japan Leisure Hotels Limited announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4NA, on 25 June 2010 at 09.00 a.m.

The AGM Notice, together with accompanying forms and the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements ("Annual Report") for the year ended 31 December 2009, has been distributed to Shareholders.
