IndigoVision Group plc announces that, by mutual agreement, the Group's Chief Technology officer, Barry Keepence, is leaving the Company and standing down from the Board with immediate effect to pursue other interests.  Oliver Vellacott, the Group's Chief Executive Officer, who founded the business more than 16 years ago, will assume responsibility for management of the Group's technical development team pending the recruitment of a new Chief Technology Officer.

Commenting on his departure, Mr Keepence said:

'After over ten years with IndigoVision, I feel that I have reached a point where I have contributed all I can to the development of the business and the time has come for me to seek a new career challenge. I leave the business in safe hands and with a bright future.'

Oliver Vellacott, Chief Executive Officer of IndigoVision, said:

'We are sorry to lose Barry. The Board thanks him for his contribution to the business over the last decade and wishes him every future success. '
