Additional Blocklisting

An application has been made for the blocklisting of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

These ordinary shares are to be issued pursuant to The Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc Sharesave Scheme.
