The following ordinary shares of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited ('JMH') were acquired in the market by Jardine Matheson International Services Limited ('JMIS'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of JMH, acting in its capacity as trustee of The Jardine Foundation ('JF') which is a non-profit-making organization.

Total number of shares purchased:                      78,400 shares
Price paid per share:                                          US$35.2478

The acquisition of shares is made in accordance with the share repurchase guidelines agreed with the UK Listing Authority.  The above shares purchased will be retained by JMIS in its capacity as trustee of JF.
