Mount Engineering Plc (AIM:MOU), the manufacturer and supplier of certified explosion proof fittings and supplier of valves and actuators, predominantly to the oil and gas industry, confirms that all the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.

Addressing the meeting, Colin Ainger, Chairman, stated that the Group has had a satisfactory first quarter, in line with management's expectations. The Directors believe that Mount remains well placed to benefit from an upturn in demand in its end markets as and when this occurs.
