Annual General Meeting Venue Change
eg solutions plc (the "Company") announces that its AGM, previously scheduled to take place at at the offices of TLT Solicitors, Sea Containers House, 20 Upper Ground, Blackfriars Bridge, London SE1 9LH, will now take place in Room 409 at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED.
The meeting will commence at 10.30am on Wednesday 26 May 2010. The Company will be writing to all its shareholders to notify them of the change of venue.
