Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Interserve Plc (the
"Company") announces that, on 14 May 2010, the following Executive Directors/
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") were granted options
under the Interserve Sharesave Scheme 2009 at an exercise price of £2.145 per
share. The options are exercisable between 1 July 2013 and 31 December 2013.
