Paul Bowtell - Chief Financial Officer of TUI Travel PLC - is to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of The Capita Group Plc (Capita) with effect from 28 June 2010.

 

He will be appointed to the Nomination, Remuneration and Audit Committees of Capita on appointment and will become Chairman of the Audit Committee on 1 August 2010.
