Results of Annual General Meeting

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc confirms that shareholders duly passed, on a show of hands, all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held on 5 May 2010.

Proxy votes were received from shareholders in respect of 273,494,563 shares amounting to 87.62% of the issued share capital. The total number of shares in issue is 312,115,568. A summary of proxy votes received will be available on the Company's website, www.millenniumhotels.co.uk.
