Notification of Interests

The Company has today received notification that on 23 April 2010 Malcolm Conrad Walker acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.84% of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital. Following this, Malcolm Conrad Walker was interested in 2,914,350 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.89% of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital. In addition to this, Blackstar (IOM) Ltd. is the legal owner of 9,189,108 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.41% of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital, to which Malcolm Conrad Walker is the beneficiary. In total Malcolm Conrad Walker is the beneficial owner of 20.29% of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital.

Blackstar (IOM) Ltd. is also the legal owner of 1,975,108 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.31% of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital to which Andrew Pritchard is the beneficiary and is also the legal owner of 1,975,108 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.31% of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital to which Tarsem Dhaliwal is the beneficiary.
