Additional Listing - further information

Further to the announcement made on 26 April 2010 that application has been made for a Block Listing of 400,000 ordinary shares, we confirm that these shares are being issued pursuant to the Company's 1996 and 2006 Sharesave Plans. It remains expected that these ordinary shares will be admitted to the Official List on 30 April 2010.
