Additional Listing

Application has been made for the admission of 250,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in e2v Technologies plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant the following schemes:

250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in relation to the e2v SAYE 2009 Plan B Scheme

These shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
