The Company announces that it has received notice that its non-executive Chairman, Mr Iain Napier, has today purchased 1,675 10p ordinary shares ("Shares") in the Company at a price of £19.6973 per Share.

Following this transaction Mr Napier's holding is 14,213 Shares.
