Appointment  of Chairman

Moss Bros Group Plc, the UK's No.1 branded suit specialist, is pleased to announce the appointment of Debbie Hewitt as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from today.

Debbie who joined the Board in June 2009 has acted as interim Chairman of the Company since 25 March 2010. She has extensive public company experience in the consumer sector both as an Executive and as a Non-Executive Director.
