MILLENNIUM & COPTHORNE HOTELS PLC

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority of the FSA for the Block Listing of 400,000 Ordinary shares of 30p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List. It is expected that these Ordinary shares will be admitted to the Official List on 30 April 2010.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's Sharesave Plans.
