Roy Lipski, Chief Executive, has today purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.625 per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Roy Lipski held 2,329,564 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 3.69% of the issued Ordinary Shares) and options over 942,000 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 1.49% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
