DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The company announces that on 19 April 2010 Mr William George Bright, Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 83,210 ordinary shares in the Company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") through exercise of share options.  No consideration was paid for the Shares.  Mr Bright sold 56,813 Shares at a price of £0.475 per Share in order to fund the tax payable on these and other options vesting in 2010.

Following the above transactions, Mr Bright is interested in 405,832 Shares, representing approximately 0.71% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 866,771 Shares.

The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 57,369,871 Shares.
