Notice of Interim Management Statement and AGM

Wm. Morrison Supermarkets plc (the "Company") will issue a first quarter Interim Management Statement ("IMS") for the 13 weeks ended 2 May 2010, on Thursday, 6 May 2010. A conference call, dial in details of which will be included in the IMS, will be held at 9.00am on that day.

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2010 at Hilmore House, Gain Lane, Bradford BD3 7DL.
