THIS ANNOUNCEMENT REPLACES THE "ADDITIONAL LISTING" ANNOUNCEMENT MADE EARLIER TODAY (19 APRIL 2010)

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 640,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected admission will be granted on 21 April 2010 and trading will commence on 22 April 2010.

These shares are being issued as a result of awards made pursuant to The UNITE Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
