Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") has been advised that on 16 April 2010 Debbie Hewitt, a Director of the Company, purchased 76,923 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 26 pence per Share. As a result of this purchase, Debbie Hewitt has an interest in 188,034 Shares, which represents 0.20% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
