The Evolution Group PLC (the "Company") makes the following announcement in conformity with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).

 

The Company has on 14 April 2010 received notification from Intermediate Capital Group PLC ("ICG") that it had received regulatory approval for the appointment of Peter Gibbs, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, as a Non-Executive Director of ICG with effect from 25 March 2010.
