(the "Company")

PURCHASE OF COMPANY'S SHARES BY EMPLOYEE TRUST

The company has been advised that the KBC Advanced Technologies Employee Trust (the "Trust") purchased ordinary shares in the Company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") as follows:

· 60,000 Shares purchased on 14 April 2010 at a price of £0.475 per Share,

· 16,986 Shares purchased on 15 April 2010 at a price of £0.48 per Share,

Following the above transactions the Trust holds 710,318 Shares.

These shares will be held by the Trust in order to satisfy the future exercise of options granted to directors and employees of the Company to purchase Shares.
