                       Notification of Preliminary Results


M.P.  Evans  Group  PLC, a producer of Indonesian palm oil and  Australian  beef
cattle,  will  be  announcing its preliminary results  for  the  year  ended  31
December 2009 on Wednesday 28 April 2010.

A  presentation  for  analysts  will  be  held  on  the  day  at  0930hrs.   The
presentation will take place at Hudson Sandler, 29 Cloth Fair, London, EC1A 7NN.
