NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the Companies Act Chapter 308 of the Laws of Barbados that the Directors of the Company have by resolution fixed April 26, 2010 as the record date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders entitled to receive Notice of the Seventh Annual Meeting of the Company.

Only those Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders of record on April 26, 2010 will be entitled to receive Notice of the Seventh Annual Meeting.
