ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company has today published the following documents on its website www.galiform.com:

·    The Annual Report and Financial Statements 2009

·    Chairman's Explanatory Letter and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company has also submitted two copies of each of the following documents to the Financial Services Authority (the "FSA"):

1       the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2009

2       Chairman's Explanatory Letter and Notice of Annual General Meeting;

3       the Form of Proxy; and

4       the Company's proposed new Articles of Association.

These documents will shortly be available for inspection at the FSA's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:

In addition, the Company's proposed new Articles of Association are available until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting at the Company's registered office at International House, 1st Floor, 66 Chiltern Street, London W1U 4JT

The Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.30 am on 19 May 2010 at UBS Investment Bank, 1 Finsbury Avenue, London, EC2M 2PP.
