Satisfaction of Share Award by Finance Director

Informa plc (the "Company") announces that the full vesting of shares held by the Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") on behalf of Adam Walker, Finance Director, has occurred today. A total of 117,422 shares have been transferred from the EBT to Mr Walker's share account. This is pursuant to the fulfilment by Mr Walker of his share award made on joining the Company which was announced at the time on 7 April 2008. Mr Walker is now the registered holder of these shares and the total of his beneficial holding remains 171,990 shares, which represents 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
