Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 6 April 2010 that, Ivor Catto, a Director, acquired 3,900 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder on that day at a purchase price of 260p per share, which are for inclusion in his Individual Savings Account (ISA).  The Company was notified on 7 April 2010 that, his spouse acquired 3,900 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder today at a purchase price of 260p per share, which are for inclusion in her ISA.  Following these transactions, Mr Catto and his connected persons hold 76,795 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.2001% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
