Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 6 April 2010 that, Russell Down, a Director, disposed of 4,081 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder on that day at a sale price of 250p per share and immediately acquired 4,032 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder at a purchase price of 250.4p through a Bed and ISA arrangement. On 6 April 2010, his spouse, also through a Bed and ISA arrangement, sold 4,081 shares of 10p each in Hyder at a sale price of 250p and immediately purchased 4,032 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder at a purchase price of 250.4p.  Following these transactions, Mr Down and his connected persons hold 23,389 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.0610% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
