Phoenix IT Group plc (the 'Group'), the UK IT Services company, is today providing an update on trading for the year to 31 March 2010.

The Board of Phoenix IT Group plc confirms that trading and cash generation for the year to 31 March 2010 are in line with the Board's expectations.

Net debt (including finance leases) reduced as anticipated to £67.9 million.

The Group will announce its preliminary results for the year to 31 March 2010 on 7 June 2010.
