Further to the announcement on 1 April 2010 by Cathay (LSE: CTI) of the proposed flotation and partial disposal of Lansen Pharmaceutical Holdings Company Limited (the "Flotation and Partial Disposal"), the Company today announces that a circular in relation to the Flotation and Partial Disposal has been published and was posted to shareholders on 1 April 2010 (the "Circular").
The Circular is now available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS and at the offices of Salans LLP, Millennium Bridge House, 2 Lambeth Hill, London EC4V 4AJ during normal business hours on any weekdays (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted).
