The Company was notified on 31 March that Voigt Ingenieure Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, a company controlled by Mr Markus Voigt, a PDMR, sold 61,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Hyder, at a sale price of 251 pence per share. The disposal took place on 31 March and reduces the number of ordinary shares Mr Voigt is interested in to 186,383, which amounts to 0.4857% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
