Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 31 March 2010 that, on 30 March
2010, Seraj Taiyeb, a person discharging managerial responsibility, exercised
options and entered into transactions in the Company's ordinary shares as
detailed below. In summary, he exercised options over 46,243 shares, granted to
him under the Company's 1998 Executive Option Plan. The resultant shares were
sold on the London market at a price of 602.5 pence per share.

Details of the options over the Company's ordinary shares exercised by Mr.
Taiyeb were as follows:-

  * 13,946 options with an exercise price of 547.5 pence per share;
   
  * 6,949 options with an exercise price of 490 pence per share; and
   
  * 25,348 options with an exercise price of 435 pence per share.
