DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") has been notified that on 31 March 2010, Christopher Sneath, a director of the Company, has been allotted 106 shares in the Company at a price of 415.68 pence per share under the Company's Scrip Dividend arrangements.

Following this transaction, Mr Sneath's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 10,682 representing 0.003% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
