Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital comprises the following:
2,349,751 ordinary shares of £1.00 with voting rights.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and there are no other classes of shares with voting rights. Consequently the Company's total number of voting rights is 2,349,751 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
