Ensor Holdings PLC ("Ensor" or the "Company") announces that it has received
notification that on 26 March 2010, Ken Harrison, a director of Ensor,
transferred 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to each of
Roger Harrison, also a director of the Company, and Peter Harrison. 

Following the transfer, Ken Harrison holds 1,463,380 ordinary shares
representing 4.97 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.  Roger
Harrison holds 4,158,500 ordinary shares and Peter Harrison holds 4,157,500
ordinary shares, each holding representing 14.12 per cent. of the issued share
capital of Ensor.  In addition, Roger and Peter Harrison are beneficially
interested in a further 2,500,000 shares, held through a discretionary trust,
representing 8.49 per cent. of the issued share capital.
