Temporary Suspension of Shares

X-Phonics plc ("the Company") announces that due to delays in the preparation of accounts for the year to 30 September 2009 the Company will be unable to post its results to shareholders before 31 March 2010.

The Company's shares have therefore been suspended from trading on AIM. The Director's expect to be able to post its results to shareholders within the next few weeks.
