                                Treasury Shares                                

Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 26th March 2010 Regus plc (the 'Company')
re-issued 748,044 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to
participants in the Regus plc Share Option Plan. The re-issue price was £0.6475
per ordinary share.

Following the re-issue, the Company no longer holds any ordinary shares as
treasury shares.

As at close of business on 26th March 2010, the Company had 950,969,822
ordinary shares in issue.
