                                Treasury Shares                                

Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 25th March 2010 Regus plc (the 'Company')
re-issued 38,292 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to
participants in the Regus plc Long Term Incentive Plan at nil cost.

Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury
shares is 748,044.

As at close of business on 25th March 2010, the Company had 950,221,778
ordinary shares in issue.
