Notification of transaction in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The following PDMRs notified the Company today that on 24 March 2010 they acquired, through the London Stock Exchange, the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence listed against their name at a price of 80.4 pence per share under the Company's deferred bonus arrangements.
In addition, those people also notified the Company that today they were, for nil consideration, granted options to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each listed against their name at a price of 80.7 pence per share under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan
