Block Admission Application
An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission for 611,378 ordinary shares of 2.5p each to be admitted to trading on the AIM market upon their issuance. The shares, upon issue, will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
The block admission consists of ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the KBC Long Term Incentive Plan 2006.
