Informa plc will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 27 April 2010 at 9.00 am (Central European Time, 8.00 am British Summer Time) in Zug, Switzerland. The Company also intends to issue an Interim Management Statement on Wednesday, 28 April 2010.
