Board Changes

Change in Strategy

Metrodome announces that Peter Urie is resigning as CEO with effect from 31 March 2010 to devote more time to his TV and film production activities. Mark Webster will act as both Chairman and CEO as from that date.

Peter will continue to act as a consultant to the Group for at least the next 12 months. During this time he will continue to Executive Produce Metrodome's first Co-production film 'Dragon Fire' along with any other films the Group may produce. He will also advise the Group on a number of other activities including acquiring film and TV titles and looking at other potential commercial opportunities.

The Board of Metrodome has also decided to significantly reduce its theatrical film distribution business in order to concentrate more on its straight to DVD sell-thru business and developing its co-production activities.  This is expected to result in some redundancies and cost savings going forward.

The Company will also look to appoint a new non-executive director in due course.

Peter Urie said:

"I have immensely enjoyed working at Metrodome and am proud that we have grown the Group as much as we have despite the most difficult trading conditions in living history. Having got the business to a stable state and ready for its next phase I feel that its time for me to move on and pursue other interests.

I would like to personally thank all the staff who have worked so hard with me in building the company and who I think are amongst the best I have ever worked with.

I wish the very best for the company in the future and look forward to helping the growth in my consultancy role."

"Whilst I am sad that Peter has decided to step down from the board. I am delighted that he has agreed to continue to work closely with the Group in a consultancy role. I would like to thank him both personally and also on behalf of the board for all his first-rate work during his time with Metrodome and to wish him the very best going forward.
