Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that, Sir Alan Thomas, Chairman, transferred 876,780 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Hyder ("Hyder Shares") to his wife, Lady Thomas at nil cost on 17 March 2010. Following this transaction, Sir Alan Thomas holds no Hyder Shares and Lady Thomas holds 876,780 Hyder Shares. Sir Alan Thomas remains interested in 876,780 Hyder Shares representing 2.285% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
