Disclosure under Rule 8.4 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers

Bridgepoint Capital Limited announces on behalf of Warwick Bidco Limited that it has been informed by Aviva Investors Global Services Limited ("Aviva") that, on 19 March 2010, Aviva sold 765,685 shares in Care UK plc. Aviva has signed a letter of intent in respect of 4,899,119 shares in Care UK plc to vote in favour of the scheme of arrangement relating to the proposed acquisition by Warwick Bidco Limited of Care UK plc, as referred to in the Rule 2.5 announcement dated 3 March 2010. Accordingly, Aviva will not be able to comply with the terms of the letter of intent in respect of the 765,685 shares that it has sold.
