Third Interim Dividend

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a third interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2010 of 1.0 pence per Income share. This dividend is payable on 1 April 2010 to shareholders on the register on 26 March 2010, with an ex-dividend date of 24 March 2010.

This dividend is at the same quarterly rate as in the first three quarters of the prior accounting period.
