Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

On 16 March 2010, under the terms of and pursuant to the rules of the Davis 1998 Share Option Scheme, David Lawler (Company Secretary) exercised an unapproved share option over 15,000 ordinary shares of 30p each in the capital of the Company. The option was granted on 11 October 2002.

On the exercise of the option, 10,000 of the shares were sold immediately at a price of 412p per share.
