IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has today been notified that Barry Keepence, a Director of the Company, sold 17,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 515p each on 12 March 2010.

Following this transaction Mr Keepence has an interest in 6,850 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
