Director Changes

Moss Bros Group Plc, the UK's No.1 branded suit specialist, today announces the resignation of David Adams as Non Executive Chairman.

David joined the Board in July 2008, after a period of intense corporate activity and provided stability to the Company, ensuring that progress has been made on planning and implementing the turnaround of the business. Now that this has been initiated David wishes to pursue his other business interests. He will leave the Company on the 25th March 2010.

Mrs Debbie Hewitt, who joined the Company as a Non-Executive Director in June 2009 will become interim Chairman of the Company. She has extensive public company experience in the consumer sector. Working together with Brian Brick, the Chief Executive, she will lead the process of appointing a new Chairman. 

The Company's trading continues to strengthen on the prior year, with sales growth improving on a like-for-like basis and a positive cash position, with no long term debt. The Company's preliminary results will be announced on 25 March 2010.
